Henry set up my new phone and patiently answered my questions in 15 minutes. It definely was worth it to have a knowledgeable person do this for me. Henry is a pleasant young man who obviously knows what he's doing, and I felt comfortable asking him all my questions. Going to Computer Hardware was a good experience.
Harry was great when I had to have my phone cleaned up after a scam and Henry has been great and most patient every time I go there
Cannot recommend Computer Hardware enough. I had previously sought help from the Apple store but they were unable to help me. I brought my laptop here and within TWO days they had helped me salvage exactly what I needed. I am so impressed with how easy this process was and how great a job they did. The cost of work done seemed very reasonable for the job completed. 10/10.
Took my iPad Pro in on Friday and Henry quickly fixed the issue. I have purchased several Apple products from them and have taken in several computers to them as well. I’m always impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are truly the BEST in Grand Island.
They were wonderful, helping me with my Apple Watch and getting my new apple air replaced where it started having problems. They did everything in a timely fashion and where very informative and kept me up to date on how and when everything was happening.
Henry was fantastic helping get everything ready to send back to Apple. Brandon was super helpful when I called back to check on the status. I called back not due to the neglect of them but my own impatience. GREAT TEAM will do business here again as often as needed!!!!
Stopped in because Apple referred me after troubleshooting. They stated that I would need a backup of my iPhone in the event they had to reset the device. Diagnostics indicated that it was physical damage so no reset needed but.... $35 charge for backing up data they never needed to use. I found that excessive as the diagnostics could have been run prior to any potential backup. I plan on avoiding any return to this store.
I stopped in today because I had a problem with my backup email account on my iPad. I’d been dealing with it for awhile. Henry knew exactly what the problem was and I was in and out quickly. He was informative, helpful and friendly. Thank you!
A great experience in buying a new computer! Purchased on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon had the computer loaded with all my data in hand. All questions were answered and operations were shown to me! A home visit was included to link me to the web and wireless printer. And all was done under budget. Thank You Jack & Brandon
I called for a quote and was told one price on the phone, brought my computer in, gave the $50 deposit, was then told it would be more than double the original price i was told on the ohone for the exact same problem. No additional issues. $50 was non refundable. Lost honesty, Chose to take my computer elsewhere. I understand it was just a quote but at the same time quotes typically should not vary that much!
