Folks at computer hut have repaired my phone several times over the years, quickly and inexpensively. Just went in today with a completely black screen and no idea how to get it to restart and unaware whether I would need to replace the phone. It was fixed in a minute for free. it’s very nice to have knowledgeable and generous folks right here! Definitely an asset to the community!
Great service. No BS. Fair price. They fixed my $2500 laptop beautifully and in less than half the time that they initially estimated it could take mostly based on waiting for a part to be delivered from China. The actual service was completed in ~24 hours or less. Thanks guys.
Great place for used electronics and electronic repairs. The people there are both knowledgeable and helpful. They even had actual parts! I needed m2x3 screws and they were the only place within an hour in either direction that actually had them. And they were even kind enough to double check before I drove all the way down!
I love computer hut! I was having some problems with my iPhone charger port and they had no problem replacing it, free of charge. And I came in after the 30 day warranty had expired. Support local and shop at Computer Hut!
Had a fantastic first experience here and will recommend to everyone I know if they need any computer help! I had an external hard drive that wasn't working, and I brought it to Computer Hut for a second opinion after Geek Squad gave me a $450 estimate. Which I could not believe. Computer Hut graciously looked at it for free, and was able to fix it for $75! They were completely honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, Geek Squad had the drive for weeks, and Computer Hut called me back within a few days to let me know it was all set. So happy to have found them, and thankful for other great reviews that alerted me to the quality of their service. They weren't wrong.
It’s a nice little shop in town and the workers are great, I’ve just had nothing but bad luck with them. A few years ago I went to them for a screen replacement on an iPhone SE, ended up with a dead zone on the bottom half of the screen that they were kind enough to replace at no extra cost. Went to them to get my pc cleaned due to overheating and got it back clean but with a broken radiator and completely bricked. They again were kind enough to refund the cleaning fee and refer me to another shop for repairs, trouble is I’m not sure how much of this is bad luck/wrong place at wrong time. It’s a great place, would go back again to purchase electronics, just probably not the best spot in town for repairs.
These guys are so nice. They fixed my iPhone screen super fast, and they were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be my go-to place for computer and phone repair. Thanks Computer Hut! You have a fan for life!
My son is a computer buff at 14 and loves to visit this place when we are here in New paltz. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly even though he doesn't often buy things. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful when he visits. Thanks guys and thanks from Noah
Hey I've been coming here a few years, even had some off-script no pun intended! work done; bought three used computers and had patches supplied to some hardware devices. It's the best place in the Hudson Valley as far as I'm concerned, parsecs beyond many upsell-type places fixated on selling you instead of fixing you! Cute little venue, right next to the best eateries and quaintest village action you'll find this side of the Catskills! Thanks guys for keeping it simple and keeping things stable!
Love this place! For little things and big things they always come through. Nearest Apple Store in Danbury, they are an invaluable repair resource in our town.
