I had James install several thousand dollars worth of equipment at my home outside of Highlands. He made several poor decisions regarding equipment placement, left all of his trash, did not even wipe his feet off when going in and out in the pouring rain. Several piles of sawdust were left for me to clean up. When I later questioned his decisions, his response was to part ways and not make his customer happy. This is a poor way to conduct business, especially in this small and tight-knot community. Definitely would not use again.

Technician arrived at expected time. Courteous and congenial. Efficient and knowledgeable. Resolved my issues. Reasonably priced. I will use them again.
