Customer Service via phone totally lied to me. I went through Hel to get here and the service I was promised isn't even available in any capacity. Never trust their corporate operators overseas.
Don't waste your money on any warranty or extended service as geek squad WILL NOT honor it. This is the second warranty I've purchased from them and both times was told that my extended warranty did not cover accidental damage despite the customer service representative I purchased it through telling me otherwise at the time of purchase. They also were unable to install a screen protector on my touchscreen laptop. Geek squad is a complete joke/sham of a company. They would get zero stars if that were an option z
My experience with Yuma Geek Squad, I was completely amazed with their service, their genuine attention to listening to my desires and leading me to the fulfillment , that was cost effective, and literally painless for me. I have not been impressed with Best Buy in another state I lived in, but I love these people here in Yuma. Keep up the good work and thank you.
They weren't very helpful with my Android phone. I needed my screen replaced but it's not an apple so was nothing they could do. I gave them 3*s because they've helped me before just not this time around. They NEED to expand their product knowledge.
These scam artists try to charge you an arm on a leg for any diagnostics they run and the prices are stupid over priced glad I decided to not use these clowns who aren’t even professional. I was quoted an exact amount then they tried to charge me 3x as much to make it worse they have appointments they don’t even keep on schedule making me wait forever on them.
Once they get your up front fee, they forget what good service is like.very quick on their feet until they get your "up front" fee, then they forget about you. The stated lead time for service suddenly gets longer, staff becomes not as attentive.
The repair was done and my computer was restored as promised. The repair took a little longer than I expected. Their website was a little difficult to find out repair progress.
Mac was a great guy who knows his stuff
