Sales associate Kavion was awesome! Very helpful, and listen to my needs helped in all aspects of the sales process and followed up with me always available great communication and showed me other options. I would buy here again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family and I walked in hoping to walk out with a washer & dryer for our new home. We were previously assisted by phone by a manager at another Conns location who suggested we came here closer to our home and promised excellent customer service. We walked around the store for about 15-20 minutes and were no once greeted or welcomed by any of the 4 employees who just sat at their desks. We weren’t asked if we needed assistance shopping around but they glanced at us while stretching back on their chairs and texting on their phones. Having worked in customer service myself, I know this is far from what’s expected from any salesperson. Safe to say I’ll never step foot here again.
The store and staff are nice. The "free" delivery will probably cost me $100 to fix everything that got torn up during install. Your best bet is to just have them deliver your stuff to the front door and let you take it from there.
I am happy to say that I had a Fantastic experience at the Goodyear Conn's HomePlus store. Extremely bright and clean at the end of the day and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes with a brand new laptop that Pepe had held onto for me earlier in the day. Highly recommend if you're comfortable with the "rent to own" path, or just need a nice product for the house. I would also say that my credit is not the best understatement but they approved me for a credit line that I'm so excited to use and continue to improve my credit score. Thanks for all of your help today!
This Conn's to me so far will be my Conn's.. We had gone to Conn's on 75th Ave. we had bought our dinning room table there about 5 yrs ago so figured we take our business to them again, but no not no more. The store manager was very rude, he kept calling my significant other "bro". Very unprofessional I thought . We were trying to ask if they still went thru progressive, and his said "naw bro we ain't used them for 2 yrs. so we told him " well the other Conn's said they did" then he said " hey bro you don't gotta yell at me" "We were like what are you talking about who's yelling" He said " I'm done" then just walked away from us Rude & unprofessional
HORRIBLE communication skills we got a sales rep named Keegan and all he did was mess EVERYTHING up, we tried fixing his mistakes with the delivery and solved it! And HE WENT AROUND US AND MESSED IT UP AGAIN!!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
Horrible from start to finish Julio store manager promised a lot of things install guys did now even know how to shutoff water OMG!??? Daffney Sales rep called her gave attitude unfortunately!!!had to cancel the order oh well they lost business I will never do business with Conn's will take my $30,000 some other stores!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!!!
Sani was wondering to work with. She gave suggestions and was tentative when we were in store. Thank you Sani for helping us with our new refrigerator and bedroom set.
Never buy anything from this store!!!! We bought a 2300$ tv and when they delivered it they took it out of the box and it worked fine but the delivery people when putting it back in the box cracked the screen. So when we opened the box we found a cracked tv. And they did nothing for us. And I mean absolutely nothing. We called everyone and anyone, from the store to the corporate. If you do buy something from this store I recommend taking it off site yourself. Conns home plus is a giant CON!
I was embarrassed by one of your employees. I was minding my own business trying the arcade games in the back of the store for about 10 min. When one of the assistant managers, I think his name was Alan?, told me to leave. Mind you I was not loud I was not disruptive to the milieu at all.
