Co-ncept is a Women's fashion apparel, accessories, footwear, jewelry, and cosmetics boutique that curates a collection of #trending items.

Description

Co-ncept is a Women's, and Kids/Baby fashion apparel, accessories, and gift retailer that curates a collection of unique items that keep their finger on the pulse of what is in-style, in front of the curve, and always #trending.
Co-Founded by 2 BFF's who love fashion, and have been in the retail industry for a combined 30+ years, co-ncept is going to bring a taste of something different to Eastern Washington that Tri-Citians have been CRAVING for years.
The assortment will not just cater to the "Local" girl, carrying all of her favorite Flowy Tops, cute Cardigans, and layers of accessories, but will also bring a edgy/sexy new look that will keep locals from having to travel to Spokane, Portland, or Seattle for the looks that they see in the most recent fashion magazines.
We didn't forget your little ones either! We will be carrying #AMAZE styles for your mini-me's, sizes Newborn to 8YR's. Don't expect to only find cutesy, ruffles, and sequins here! Kids want to dress like Mommy and Daddy and we will keep stocked in the latest Kids trends too.

The Co-Founders have both been blessed enough to build families through State Foster & Adoption programs. co-ncept will carry an assortment of items which a portion of the profit from the sale of these items will go right back to programs that help connect and unify foster and adoption youth with loving families.

Did not like that the employees said that I would get 20% off but I ended up getting 20% off the lowest ticketed item. I let their manager know to start having herself and her employees start clarifying what 20% off means. After I had said that she had said "Okay, we'll start doing that" in a snarky attitude.
Will not return. I must agree with another poster that the current staff here are very rude. A staff member can explain that something isn't returnable without being rude! I went to return a dress and bodysuit and was told that I couldn't due to them being "undergarments." When you walk in about 70% of the store is dresses and bodysuits. Im not sure when a dress was ever considered an undergarment but here it clearly is. I explain I just wanted to exchange them as they didn't fit and the staff member said "That's the biggest size we have." I never specified if the clothing item was too small or too big so they clearly fat shame at this location. The initial girl told me they could only return the dress and the second girl told me the 2 clothing items were both un-returnable. I also had a pair of shoes that were gifted to me 3 days prior and returned them since they didn't fit and the staff member quickly said "shoes aren't returnable!" I handed her a gift receipt and she said "Oh it was a gift? Okay you can exchange for something else then." I reccomend ALWAYS GETTING A GIFT RECEIPT SO THAT NO ONE ELSE IS SCAMMED OUT OF THEIR MONEY! I also reccomend their staff get additional training in customer service because when you treat your customers poorly they don't return.
This is a super fun store. The sales associates are friendly and fun, and the styles are current and varied. I appreciated being informed of sales and bonuses. I was given assistance quickly for a fitting room, and good advice about the inventory. Every time we came here, we left with what we were looking for, even after shopping around at other more expensive boutiques. Must-visit for girls and ladies fashion and really practical accessories!
The employees are rude and think they own the world very unprofessional. I like concept but the music is just awful they should try changing it sometimes not just have the same type all the freaking time!.
Amazing store and Amazing customer service ended up with a empty battery box went in to get it replaced had to wait for manager to be in on Monday but went in they had it set aside and ready to go and we're extremely nice
I was interested in a bodycon dress, which I tried on and could clearly see my underwear through, I had no-show underwear at home and I wanted to see if I could wear it with those. It was the last one they had so I elected to take it home and return it if it didn’t work out. I made a point to ask the girl who was checking me out what their return policy was, and she said within 14 days, with the original receipt and tags attached. When I took it back 3 days later the girl at the counter told me they had a ZERO returns policy, especially for dresses for whatever reason, and when I mentioned what I had been told previously she completely brushed over it. The store needs to get all their employees on the same page about their returns policy and they need to advertise everything is final sale, they also need to get some associates who give a damn about customer service. Super shady, would never ever shop here again.
I never feel the need to post reviews but I really had the worst experience at this store, it was my first time shopping here and I didn’t know there was a no returns policy so I was okay with doing an exchange, I was told to come back with the receipt so I did but then I was told they couldn’t do the exchange so I could come back AGAIN for the 3rd time the next day. The girl “helping me” left to call someone didn’t even tell me what she was doing came back, left again, then came out & helped some other girls with an exchange, then finally came over to say she couldn’t help me. If I could rate it zero stars I would, every employee has absolutely no customer service skills, uptight, rude, not helpful at all.
Management and staff is very rude, unable to handle traffic flow in the store. Sales team felt bother when asking questions, clothing is very cheap fabric and overpriced, also sell damaged items. Most definitely will not be shopping there ever again, nor recommend to anyone else.
Worst experience i bought a bodysuit at this store and some lashes, But due to the girl being soo busy talking to the other two girls she didnt take the ink tag off and i couldnt wear it for the occassion i wanted to. Went back to try to return and she said policy was no refund and the girl that help me just took the ink tag off and just told me sorry girl.
My wife tried to buy something, it was our first time in here, it was a two piece, and only one of the two pieces had a price tag. So obviously it would make sense that that was the end price, but when we went to go purchase it, the lady scanned it twice, once for each of the pieces. When we told her what happened and that $60 for the outfit was too much, she gave us bad attitude, and said "do you want it or not" really stuck up, and when we said no thank you, she said "ok bye", again with attitude. Don't ever buy from here, they need new employees and to price their items correctly. No where on the tag did it specify it was for each piece individualy, and they didnt even want to sell the pieces seperatsep!!
