Concerned Citizens for Community Health is a volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is to develop services for unmet needs for the residents of Scottsdale.
Concerned Citizens was founded in 1975 by Scottsdale resident Frances Young. Frances and a small group of like-minded citizens worked tirelessly to create a safer, healthier, and more productive community. She embraced all people and was an advocate for their quality of life.
