Our pitmaster Joseph Tamburro had been smoking his own meats for years when fellow business owner Ralph Hindmarch suggested to him that his food could work as an actual business. Both being members of the same church, they decided to give it a try as a fundraiser for the church. After a few successful outings and quite a few compliments from local business owners, the two made the supreme decision to take the next step and make this a real business.
