Honestly I really don't understand all these negative reviews. You do realize you're coming to a courthouse not a playground? If you don't have all of your stuff in order shame on you you are unprepared. I came in here to the clerk's office on Monday at 12:40 I was done and out of court within a half an hour. The key to all that is organization not where you're going.
Very bad place that shouldn't exist they make everything difficult for people. I went to fix my case then I decided that I couldn't do anything then they sent me an email saying that if I could but I had to pay 50 I sent the money then they returned it to me saying that I could no longer do anything wasting time and money they should be clear when they talk about the worst of the worst.
Seemingly to be one of the races courthouse is a Massachusetts and numbers could possibly show it victim advocate purposely give false information to a victim of harassment to deter from the due process and thought it was funny! Lazy manipulative behavior to make court move faster Not a justice system but a lot of misconduct gossip type personalities what friendships To make the people who are coming in for service feel like that I’ll cast it in can’t get help if anything happens to me and my children after not getting granted a harassment order it would be the fault of the court miss conduct And lack of work ethic
Best place for jury duty. Nice location. Good area for waiting for when they send you home. Retro blackboard! Because my children were in Mock Trial for years I can affirm that this is a nice but exceedingly ugly inside spot. For architectural interest Waltham either I realize that the Reviewers are expressing their legal Interactions and I have zero doubt they are correct. But that's my impression of most of the legal system I volunteer in criminal justice reform and raise bail as my birthday present Courtrooms are being designed as caverns that's a fact, not an unusual attribute to this one.
Stay away from the clerk in the small claim court unless you have a shady lawyer. Forced the plaintiff to allow evidence the defendant lawyer purposely made only available the morning of the hearing. Sympathy for lawyers tricks rather than common sense for average people.
The concord court is a dark brown brick building. The court room is windowless and feels like a catacomb. Whoever approved to build such a depressive and ugly building should be punished to live in that court room for eternity. The clerks and all the employee were courteous.
If you would ever like to take a look into the gross fiscal inefficiencies of government far and wide, spend a day watching how painfully slow “business” is run throughout a 9-4 workday at the court, all billable hours. It would be criminal in the civilian industry.
Most reasonable court setting I have encountered in a while. Clerks office was a bit aggressive, but the Judge was fair and polite.
Issued a ro against me to my wife who cannot manage her own money and is off her meds... which is a violation of her probation but my complaints are met with suggestions of how she is able to make her own decisions... when the federal governement says she cannot. Worthless court.
If you enjoy incompetence and corruption then this is the court for you. The law is irrelevant, your constitutional rights don't exist and whatever they say, no matter how unethical and/or illegal, goes.
