Concord’s IT team integrates all the systems within a hotel into one seamless process, giving management and ownership the tools they need to operate efficiently and identify additional profit opportunities. Concord’s state-of-the-art, proprietary Intranet is available at all its properties. Because we are not reliant on a third-party provider, the system operates with increased efficiency and at a lower cost.
