I love doing here instead of Amazon. Keep them money local and support local businesses. They have plenty of food and your options for your dog or cat! Clean and brightly lit too.

Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection of healthier pet food. Unfortunately, the prices have increased, like everything else.

I only gave 2 stars because the young lady that rung up my stuff was very nice , however the Caucasian man that was in there today followed me and asked did I need any help I told him no I’m okay then while I was getting the food for my dog I saw him in the other Aisle looking at me. Then after I paid for my stuff and left getting in my car I turns around and he still looking that’s very weird to do I only went there because the CB pet store down the street no longer carry the food I get for my dog and I didn’t feel like driving all the way down to PetSmart I will never go to this concord pet store or any other for that matter I should not be profiled like I’m the only person in the store! I’m passed I should have returned the dog food that I paid for never again!!!! Don’t shop here !

They have everything for dogs ,cats ,fish something for just about every animal. Special diets pet food and a doggie bath with a bk entrance so you don't have to bring ur dog threw the store if you don't want to

Staff was friendly and helpful, good selection of pet supplies...bought my dog a La-z Boy bed...he didn't complain...his name is Elvis, but he ain't no hound dog!

Review for the pet wash: Automated in the rear right, staff was friendly. No towels so bring your own, there is a dryer but we have a German Shepherd so a towel is also necessary for us.

Extremely helpful and helped me get in touch with the shelter to get my new kitten! The customer service is great! The products are, admittedly, hit or miss and a bit expensive. Some stuff you might wanna order off Amazon but I think thats every pet store.

Great, courteous service. Great selection or they will special order it. They have a lot of great sales, including one every six months when everything in their stores is 30% off! Stock up! They sell only pet food and supplies and no animals, which is commendable. Even better, they adopt out rescue cats and kittens. They always have the sweetest and cutest, well cared for felines. They adopt out fast, so hurry!

I go straight for the bag of dog food and then straight to the register. I'm literally only ever here for 138 seconds max. But, it all seems good in that time. Every once in a while they don't have the food my dog eats, but that's only happened once or twice.

Thought they had a dog wash program. If they do, why do they only have 2 of Lacey's washes and that doesn't include the one I just paid for?
