Condell Acute Care

Everyone, from the front office staff, to the nurse and technician, to the doctor, was kind and professional. There was some friendly banter between the nurses. I thought it was a comfortable environment to be in, to be amongst lighthearted people, while dealing with my health issue. The doctor was thorough in his explanations and asked questions to understand the context and root of my situation. I was very impressed by that, and felt I was in good hands. The whole experience lightened my load on a weekend when I was feeling stressed and anxious by my medical issue. I am so grateful. Thank you, nurses and doctors and staff!

I went there on Sunday morning, when I found a tick on me. The visit was ok. Nothing to complain about. Maybe because I went there early Sunday morning when they just opened. The doctor had only 5 minute conversation saying that this tick does transmit Lyme disease and I should monitor the bite area. They charged me $200 before doctor saw me. Then they sent another bill of $225 I guess from facility. Then I received another bill from doctor for $405 for 5 minutes conversation…. That’s way too much Update. I emailed the after their reply. Sore response. They replied to my original review just to make it look like they care. They don’t. No reply, no follow up

You can schedule the time you wanna be seen ahead of time if you have an emergency it so you don’t have to wait around for them to see you. Everyone there was extremely nice extremely helpful. Nurses and doctor listen to you completely instead of just jumping to conclusions about what’s wrong!!!

I am rating this place a 5 star i have brought my son twice to this immediate care and the staff has been nice and caring with us the wait time was about an hour i was here when they had 7 other patients in line so i knew from the start there was going to be a wait the front desk lady made it easy from processing my insurance to getting my 8 year old in a room asap to get an ankle injury checked out ! Rooms are clean and Doctor knew what he was doing.

Apparently they get a new team in this office every day and you have no idea who you are going to get. My first visit was a five star team but my second visit two days later was a -2. Good luck to you!

The Condell Hospital admission sends post-care surveys that insult the qualified staff that the administration has at its hospital. Medical professionals are not hired to be entertainers or customer service agents. I trust Condell’s qualified staff members because they have continuously taken expert care of my family in times of medical emergencies, of which , unfortunately, there have been many. Regardless of where I live, albeit close to Condell, I would choose Condell first and foremost over other hospitals.

Come in today for my daughter. I was hesitant because of the previous reviews. We were well attended. The nurses and the doctor was very kind and professional. They are informative and caring. Rooms are clean and easy to check in. Well recommend. Thank you for your help today!

I realize this is a walk in clinic. There 2 Hour wait today, they would NOT schedule a later appointment for me. Between the lack of availability of my Advocate Primary Care doctor, and the clinic's lack of concern of getting working people in to be seen, I am about ready to switch to Northwestern for my medical needs. I've had it with Advocate and the horrible way they treat patients. I guess that is Lutherans for you.

It is a great place for urgent care matters. I have been lucky to always have a very positive experience there. Thank you.
