The purpose of this class is to help clients improve physical physique, balance, muscular endurance, and body fat ratio.
This is an exercise program at Lindo Lake in lakeside on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The goal of this exercise program is to improve body composition, muscular strength and endurance, core and stability, flexibility, and the cardiovascular system. The types of exercises we do to reach these goals include, aerobic and anaerobic circuit training, abdominal exercises, balance exercises, and speed training. This program is a fun way to get in shape or prepare for sports. With regular exercise you reduce your health risks, and improve the way your body functions.I can help you reach your health and fitness goals, while teaching you everything you need to know to live a healthier life. I have been teaching this program for over two years. I also do private or small group sessions.
