I started my cancer journey in March of 2023. From my very first visit with my oncologist I knew I was in great hands. The staff are so helpful and caring. I had a chemo class with Rosa and she deserves 10 stars. She was very pleasant and informative. I could call her at any time and she was there to address my concerns with a huge smile on her face even over the phone her pleasantries was infectious I had 3 6 hour rounds of infusion 3 weeks apart. Each infusion day I had a personal nurse there with me the whole time, they were so welcoming and supportive and I could not have asked for more. I dreaded this place because of the actual chemo and what was to come in the days after but the staff made it bearable. I’m grateful for the kindness everyone here shared with me. I have to also brag on Nikki, she’s amazing. She is over the resource center and activities. She helped me decide on the perfect wigshe dug through containers for over an hour she’s so welcoming and sweet. The canvas painting class was one of the best nights I have had in my journey. Thank you so very much for being awesome!

I go there every 6 months for iron infusion. I've never encountered such a knowledgeable, caring, courteous staff anywhere else that I've ever been before. Such a pleasant atmosphere.

While I've just began my journey with the center, I have never had better treatment from medical professionals in my life. From the volunteers all the way up to my oncologist, everyone is so caring, compassionate, and they truly listen to me. Everyone has just been so incredible and I cannot thank or appreciate everyone in this center enough. This is the scariest thing I've ever been through, and my team has worked their butts off to make me comfortable, to make sure I have everything I need, and I just cannot sing their praises enough. My father was also a patient here about 5 years ago, though his cancer was terminal, he would always say the exact same things I am now saying about the ARMC cone health cancer center. Thank you, all of you, for making both my father and myself as comfortable and as comforted as possible during these hard times.

Seriously some of the most caring and compassionate healthcare professionals I've ever encountered.  Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs, from the doctors and nurses especially the chemo nurses, to the folks in registration.  Even the valets go above and beyond.  I've not had much experience with the rest of the hospital, but the cancer center rocks!

This place is amazing I don't suffer from cancer but I've been here with my stepdad and they are very caring they want you to be comfortable. It's like a family here. No words can express how wonderful these people are.

Thet never took care of my daughter she had a several fever and she wasn’t eating anything and i was waiting since yesterday until today!!!

Most amazing and personally friendly staff that actually care about you, and not your insurance money.  They treat you as a person and heal you.

They've gotten more efficient since the Caronavirus.

Entire staff very caring and concern.  Cares about their patients.
