The manager and staff were very helpful to help us get into a place. So far we absolutely love our new home. Our neighbors have been very friendly with us. Can't wait to start our new chapter

Updates: While we have been calling about getting the basketball goals fixed for the last 6 months they instead of fixing the issues go out and get these janky goals to put up…. Great “Amenities” Conestoga New management never answers or calls back, community has progressively gotten worse with no one taking care of it always trash and furniture just hanging around outside, we had no snow removal or had anyone put salt on the roads. We don’t like the way the park is progressing and will more than likely move out at the end of our lease next month…. Used to be a great place to live when we moved in.. we definitely miss the old managers and leasing team.

I like how they're doing the flowers and stuff in front of the trailers to make them look nicer and they need to Take Care of the old Run Down trailers. Either fix them up or move them out. But besides that, everything's fantastic.

I have been calling, for weeks for Wil F. I don't get any return calls. So maybe your Manager should take your advice and return his messages that are left for him.

Sound the horns!!!! I'm so excited as a long time Gardner resident to have met the new sales rep Jandy! She showed my husband and I the cute new section of the community a couple weeks ago. Jandy has been great to work with and very down to earth. She truly cares to help families find the perfect home in this adorable revamped community. We love the cute pond with sidewalk around it. Huge plus, they now allow nice looking temporary fences for your pets! Ours is white and matched the trim of our home. It looked cute and caused no permanent harm to the structure or the ground, but the old owners put a notice on our door saying they would charge $100 a day if it didn't come down. That's when we left. It was such a ridiculous rule the last owners had that we couldn't have those for our small dogs and a huge reason why we moved away. But now the brand new owners and managers on site are warm, friendly and reasonable people. I look forward to moving my family back here soon!

We have bee long time Residents of Conestoga since 2010 We bought our out right from the sales people that were here then. And Guss and his brother owned the park then pool always open kept up snow always plowed .... Now since Windward took over they don't anserw phone certain situations that should take care like very disrespectful neighbors with repeated police needing to be call continued reports to the office with no action happening it's sad that people who work long hours have to be woke up at least twice a week by load fighting slamming doors plus we had 4 rent hikes in n the last 2.5 years . It's sad that cooperate just don't care along with no maintenance to speak off. Move here at your own risk homes are beautiful but after the move in your just a rent deposit on the first. Sad to say!
