Great group of people. My experience was life changing. I learned how the new and old testaments fit together like a hand in glove. A very authentic place to worship Christ. This is simply a congregation of Jewish and Gentile believers that belief Christ is the Son of God. Jew and Gentile one is Messiah. If you are looking to take your faith to the next level this is the place to go.
This was a nice multi use synagogue that has a school attached. It can even be used as a church on some occasions. It has that classic 1800's classical revival feel, like you are in a historic building and that adds to the charm. There are many activities there that welcome people of all backgrounds.
From my first visit to the present this congregation has been loving and friendly. The Rabbis are well versed in their knowledge and teaching of the Bible and the Torah. Shema is the best Messianic Jewish congregation ever I truly love being a part of it.
So inviting to new visitors and we constantly praise and worship and learn! Bible study on Thursdays at 6:30 is worth attending in person or live Facebook.
As soon as I walked in, i knew i was home. The spirit of the Lord is heavy on His people, and the Rabbis give strong logic, scriptural meat and veg- providing a solid foundation for an upright walk with the King of the Universe.
Life long mission to find the place where I belong. I've found my home on earth. I am so happy to be a part of this congregation !
Please do not be confused--this is not a synagogue, this is not Judaism. This is a Christian Church with a Jewish "flavor".
Its a great place to fellowship with the body of belivers and give praise to G-d most high and help encourage one another lifting the Name Yeshua the Messiah.
Please come to this wonderful congregation to experience Yeshua Hamashiach.
It's about God's love, the transformed life available who join themselves to the Messiah Jesus, and God's desire that we love everyone around us.
