Conlin’s Café & Bakery (CCB) is the second expansion component of the Boulevard Restaurant Group (BRG), which was founded in 2006. BRG operates its successful BoulevardFive72, the critically acclaimed restaurant and banquet facility located in Kenilworth, NJ
Chef/Owner Scott Snyder and his wife Allison head the project. Scott is a Culinary Institute of America alumnus and a 25-year veteran in the industry. Allison Snyder is also a CIA graduate, and a former corporate Food and Beverage Sales Manager at the World Trade Center Marriott.
Diana Ramos, another CIA graduate and long-time Pastry Chef of BoulevardFive72 directs the pastry and bakery operations.
Conlin’s Café & Bakery is located next to Boulevard Seafood Company (connected by hallway) and is equipped with an open kitchen that features a working bakery production area.
The space has two distinctive components. The first section houses a traditional Café, offering both breakfast & lunch service, specialty coffees, teas, juices, milkshakes, hand-made ice creams and gelatos.
The second section, Conlin’s bakery department, will feature artisanal breads, baguettes, hand rolled bagels, donuts, beignets, croissants, pastries and other specialty baked goods.
Conlin’s also has a rear entrance for easy access to municipal parking lots and the train station, as well as a West Main Street front entrance.
