Connected Home was amazing! They worked with us through our 18 month move as we purchased a model home. The sales staff did a great job assisting us in finding the perfect TV for our new Lanai. Their team arrived at our home installed the new TV we purchased from them and mounted another TV we brought with us. Everyone was helpful, courteous and most of all knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone.
Chris Hudson and his entire team at Connected Home are excellent! I purchased a home recently with a connected home system. Chris' team installed new outdoor speakers, updated my WIFI system, and reprogrammed the home system. We had additional questions and Peter provided a follow up visit. Fair and transparent pricing and professional service. I highly recommend the Connected Home team!
The professional crew at Connected Homes did an awesome job integrating some of my older equipment with todays newer equipment. It wasn’t easy but they worked through my issues until there was a solution. Be patient because they’re a busy company and it takes awhile to get you on their schedule however, it’s worth the wait to have the job done right.
We are repeat customers of Connected Home and will continue to use them for all our TV and related needs. Chris came to our home, listened to what we were looking for and away we went. About 10 days later his crew of 2 guys showed up with everything ordered. They were fantastic. Kept us informed along the way, asked where we wanted the equipment placed, and showed us how it all worked. The best part?, I can still work it days after they finished. It.was as user friendly as Chris promised. Mitchell and Chris were great.
Josh and Richard were excellent in completing the project updating the audio system and improving the computer network in our home. They were thorough, efficient and would not leave until we were comfortable in operating the new system. They answered our questions, often more than once, and ensured that all the devices we wanted were integrated into the new system and operated effectively. Their attention to detail and to the needs of the customer is exceptional. My wife really appreciated when Josh noticed her hesitancy with some of the new procedures and agreed immediately to going over them again so that she could write down each step for future reference. Both Josh and Richard made us feel at ease in dealing with the upgraded technology they had installed. We would highly recommend Josh, Richard and Connected Home for any audio, video and computer improvement projects.

Great overall experience. On time, courteous, honest. They did a site visit at our home, listened to our needs and sold us a solution that fit our budget and allowed for future expansion. Very different experience from Best Buy who was late, unresponsive and proposed a solution way out of our budget at $4,000! Connected Home installers showed up on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to work all of the technology. It seems like everyone at Connected Home is really passionate about what they do and cares about making the customer happy. I would not hesitate to use Connected Home again and whole heartedly endorse them.
Connected Home did all of the work associated with wiring our new home for tv/stereo/internet about 18 months ago. They were very helpful during the initial installation process, giving us some very helpful recommendations in terms of what equipment to consider, how to integrate our equipment, where to place built up n speakers, etc. But where the company really shines is in their post installation support. While we have not had many issues, those few we had were immediately addressed by Connected Home’s Tech Support Team. Almost every issue was handled immediately when we called, and those that were not, were addressed within an hour or so. I have no hesitation recommending Connected Home...they do a great job, and stand by their work by providing first rate support.
The whole process was seamless from first meeting, review of needs to install/hookup. From Chris Hudson to Richard and Ethan installers there were no hickups. Richard and Ethan were friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained how to use our new Denon receiver and use with wireless internet for home music system. This company is highly recommended by us and will patronize in the future for any home audio/video needs
Our Connected Home installers did a wonderful job in hanging our new TV and getting it synchronized with our ELON system and Roku.
