Excellent service. Dan Dyke was great with communication, came over to our place to give us an estimate and recommend moving supplies that we would need for the load. 3 movers including Dan came over on time the day of our move. We could not believe how professional, efficient and overall positive our experience was. They loaded our 2br apartment in literally a third of the time we were anticipating. We paid for 20 feet of a moving trailer, and they managed to pack so well that only 13ft was used. Amazing. I've already recommended them to another friend who will be moving shortly.
Dan was very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and his prices are very competitive and fair. His two movers Curtis & Adam who came to our home were punctual, very professional and courteous. They never stopped working until the move was complete. Everything was done as promised. We couldn't be more pleased, and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Thank-You!
Great job, very quick too and this weekend was not an easy weekend with temps in the 90s and heat index over 105. Price-wise they were one of the more inexpensive quotes I got and they came in right around the original estimate when all was said and done. They promptly, did a quick walk through and then got to work clearing out a 3 bedroom carriage house in just under 3 hours. Drove over and moved the items into the various rooms at our new place. With all that I have already mentioned probably the biggest part was they were really great guys, very polite and easy to deal with .. and they laughed at my jokes .. but then again I am pretty funny.
Be smarter than I was. Get everything in writing in advance of the job. Mine was mostly just boxes and bins in my tiny basement. Only lamps, pictures, tools, a TV w speakers and a few dishes needed packing. Shelving was supposed to be disassembled. Everything was to be shipped by freight at a later date. My quote was $1200 with free storage until my closing July 1. Then, I was invoiced nearly $1800 for a pack and move that took only a couple of hours. After asking several times, I received a photo of my storage, and it’s not at all freight ready. The utility shelves are all still standing with open bins and loose items right on the shelves. After complaining, my invoice was adjusted. Now I’m trying to gain access to my stuff, and I’m being told that I have to wait 10 days. I was also invoiced $180 for storage, even though I was told it was included. Big bummer. I was too trusting. Get notes! Take notes!
These guys are amazing!! What was estimated to take 5 hours with 3 guys took 3 hours with 2 guys which meant our estimated cost was cut in half!! Extremely efficient, careful and very friendly! The cost was affordable and well worth it!! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to move! These guys definitely know what they're doing!!
This was a great company to work with, they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with my move. Definitely highly recommended to anyone looking for a moving company, Dan and crew took the stress out of everything. Would hire them again.
Amazing! My move to Hanover was the easiest move we've ever had! Dan and crew was fantastic, they protected all our door jams and floors. I'll never use another mover! Top notch!!
I had a horrible experience with Dan and his crew. They left me in the middle of a move to come back the next day which was my closing day came late and left early. They promised to move trash form my garage they didn’t take until I called them back. We all know moving is hard. A mover like Dan-only makes it worse.
