Their sales tactics are typically misleading and their installs can be far from adequate. They CAN NOT offer you continued local support, and WILL NOT offer you a point of contact. Ultimately, you will end up dealing with 1-800 #’s to get any issues resolved. I get MANY complaints from customers who have purchased satellite subscription via door knockers only to be disappointed when they find out the knocker was NOT local, when they assumed it was Connection Concepts all along. Their billing is incorrect, their equipment is not working properly, and they can’t get a hold of the person that sold it to them. At this point, we too are unable to assist the customer, and they must turn to the frustration of 1-800. So please….. SHOP LOCAL, STAY LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL.
