My dog is Happy, A Big German Shep!! Long Haired...Never had been groomed except by us...He is 8 years old, no one else wanted to deal with him because of his temperament, it was slow going at first, but with patience and no fear, he looks like a King.. 3rd time back and is doing so well, I would highly recommend this establishment. The boarding and grooming part are ok EXCEPT for them not informing customers that"if they don't pick up their dogs by 12pm the following day its 27.00 instead of 20.00." When questioned the gal in charge never apologized for the inconvenience or returned the additional 7.00. I was very disappointed in the disrespect and lack of customer service until Connie made it right. They are closed permanently now. She is missed and I don't know of any doggie day care places now.

Good place to board your dogs. But thought let every one know they closed there doors
