My apologies to the person whom I flagged down to help us find the Minwax Paste Wax. Had I known how to find the aisle where it is stocked, I would have never interrupted you from your errand to have to help me. Apparently, when we found that Connolly's had one in stock on-line, we were to have checked for its location not listed. That brought me to request someone to help me that was familiar with the paint department. You were not and took offense to a repeat request. You suggested that that person may work Monday through Friday. Interesting that Saturday is a popular day to shop for those weekend projects. But, you stuck with it and found its' location. Thank you. Again, sorry to have put you out. At this point, I have to suggest that you take a tour of Patterson's Do It Best to see Customer Service at its Best. I never have to look for help when I go there - they are knowledgeable and eager to help, always! I would shop there as my preferred store if they were to open a store up here.
When I made a quick stop to pick up a few items I was greeted by Ethan who was working the register. He was so bubbly, friendly and helpful. I could hear him talking to customers while I was shopping and he just made me smile. When I was checking out we chit-chatted & he complimented my outfit. I asked to speak to the manager whom I told "Ethan is fantastic! I've worked in cust service my whole life. And he's like a walking ray of sunshine". I love it! I will be back just because if him. I see Employee of The Month right there!
I just want to reach out and tell everyone how truly amazing and special the people who work in this store are! my daddy collapsed in the store on February 23, 2023. Everyone in there stepped up to help him and even stay by his side, make sure he had all his belongings and call my mother. He was alone in the store when it happened and we live an hour away and they stepped up and supported him the way family would. This is why you shop local, because of people who truly care about their customers
Love to support local when I can. Friendly staff always trying to help whenever I walk in. Great place to grab something quick but not alot of stock for assortment hardware kits. Best place in town to buy your Weber.
Great experience overall. Highly knowledgeable staff, very willing to help you find solutions to any issues you may have or brainstorm alternative. You can rent carpet cleaner, and tools. And I even rented a box truck! Whata place!

I called looking for a hard to find elbow for plumbing. They went way out of their way to help me. Kudos to Brad and Tom The customer service here is OUTSTANDING!
They have helped me with more projects than I can remember. Excellent advice and service, and they always have the answers and products that I need and that work. If they don't have something, they will order it from their inventory or if I need it now, they will tell me where to get it. It's like having my own Norm Abrams to guide me..
So while in the store I noticed they offered knife sharping services. For 8 dollars a knife they will sharpen them. My knives arrived dull chefs knives and left serrated. Perhaps if you don’t know how to sharpen knives you shouldn’t advertise that you can? That being said the store was clean and they had everything else I have needed. This review is more for the knife sharpening services they should not be providing.
Tis the season. I picked up a couple of Filtrete furnace filters and packs of LEDs and lightbulbs for the house. I found everything I needed at a decent price. I had rewards to use to get extra savings which is always a good thing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer and recommend them over the box stores for household maintenance, repair items and canning supplies.
