Kim helped us pick everything out and went above and beyond to assure everything matched and fit in the new house. Everything from follow up to delivery was flawless. we are very happy with the service we received from Connolly's. The store person was very helpful but not overbearing. She new the store inventory . The delivery people were timely and polite. Definitely wil recommend Connolly's to others and will be back again. Great to have a business that has been around awhile and provides quality furniture made in America.
Just got my new couch and love seat from my Connolly's Furniture in Castro Valley. From the moment we walked in they made us feel welcome to browse or buy. Michelle gave us space during our browsing but was there in a moment to answer any questions. When we finally decided to buy they promised it would be there before Christmas and it was. The team kept us informed of the process. Once the furniture was in they worked with us to get it delivered. They gave us a 2 hour window and they came through. They even called 10 minutes before arrival which was nice so I could stop what I was doing to prepare. Once here Nacho and Jesus checked in then brought in the furniture and set it up with care and professionalism. They made sure I was satisfied before they left. If you want American made furniture sold to you with a smile and delivered when promised go to Connolly's in Castro Valley.
I have been a customer of Connolly's Furniture for more years than I would like to admit. My first purchase was at their Fremont store in the 1970's. Then I moved out to Tracy a few years ago and noticed with some dismay, a lack of a "Connolly's-quality" furniture store in the valley. Then to my great pleasure, Connolly's opened a store in Castro Valley. We stopped in and were thrilled to once again be in a store that featured quality, durability, and the latest styles as well as the classic styles in furniture. Our sales person was Michelle Shank. Michelle is no ordinary sales person. She knows her furniture and intuitively knows what a customer likes. Working off of some iPhone pictures of our living room she was able to show us a sofa/love seat combination that we would eventually buy. We wanted to paint the room before buying and wouldn't you know, Michelle also had paint brochures and suggested a color scheme that we applied the next week. The new colors look great, and when the new furniture was delivered, it looked like a marriage made in heaven, but of course, it wasn't. It was made in Connolly's. So, if you are in the neighborhood of Castro Valley Blvd and Redwood Road, stop in and see Michelle. Not only will you get some good ideas but you might also get a great cup of coffee and if you're really lucky, snag a chocolate chip cookie or two. Thanks Michelle, for making our living room a success!
My wife and I came here a few weeks ago. The staff, Kim and Michelle, were extremely helpful and showed us many good options. We ended up getting a few things here and then other stores for the rest. But the staff, selection, and quality are very good here so I still recommend them for anyone looking for furniture.
Interesting experience here.. I was looking for a pedestal bed with drawers on the side. I happen to be in Castro Valley and decided to do a quick walk through to see if they had any of those beds on the floor although I was told by someone from the Livermore Store they didn't have any in store. The store actually had several beds to choose from and the one I was seeking sitting right there on the floor. The bed manufacturer went out of business so those bedroom sets are no longer available. I purchased the floor model. There was a miscommunication about the delivery date. After two phone calls from my sales person we finally determined the delivery date. My bed has been delivered and I just discovered the overhead light does not work, so I have to call Connolly's regarding this issue. I thought the delivery person would have checked everything was working prior to leaving and unfortunately I didn't. I'm really missing the Fremont Connolly's store.
We bought a full new bedroom set at the Livermore location. The girls working there were great. They know allot about all the products in the store. They made the process quick and easy. The furniture made it to the house and we love it. Thanks Connolly's!!!
Great customer service! Michelle helped us and she was amazing. She was very friendly and attentiveness was one of the reasons we went with Connelly furniture. We just got out couch delivered and so far we are happy with it.
The wim n at Connolly's Furniture were helpful in getting me the best couch for me in the timely manner in which I needed it. The delivery came a day early, early in the day, freeing up my time. The couch is beautiful and, according to my house guest, the sofa bed was comfortable. I got everything I needed, including prompt and attentive customer service and conscientious delivery men. Thank you.
Connolly's was great! Michelle was awesome, meeting all our needs in deciding to purchase this beautiful sofa and ottoman. In my opinion the best furniture store and support team out there.
