Conquering Grounds Cafe is open the SECOND Saturday of the month and is a FREE event for everyone. We provide live music, hot and cold beverages, snacks and pastries. Our desire for this cafe is unique in that it is geared toward reaching out to individuals and families who have been affected by substance abuse. Our desire is for Conquering Grounds to be a safe, comfortable and inviting place for everyone. A place where people can come and relax while enjoying great live music from many genres, a great cup of coffee or other beverage, and a delicious snack or pastry without cost. We do accept a free-will offering to cover the costs of the great artists who come to share with us each month as well as to help offset the costs so we can keep Conquering Grounds a completely free event! Thanks to the generosity of our patrons, we will be able to keep this a FREE event!
Conquering Grounds is presented by Christian Life Prison and Recovery Ministries, Inc. CLPRM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping stop substance abuse in the community. We offer support to those actively struggling with addiction, as well as to their families. In order to carry out this mission, we host recovery meetings as well as provide counseling, and referral services to those who wish to seek treatment.
