Conroe Pound 4 Pound Boxing offers boxing to the public,no experience necessary,coaches and trainers will work with you to bring out that fighter within you.Don't let your child be bullied and disrespected,help them elevate their self esteem by joining an atmosphere of kids who started out with no experience and have gained respect in the outside world.We train anyone 7 years old an up,we will push you and help you overcome whatever is holding you back from achieving those goals in a matter of time.We offer private boxing lessons during the day too,call to setup your session with one of our coaches.Coach Alicio Castaneda is a pro boxer who dedicates his time to help our people in the gym,he has worked with the youth for many years,has great patience,values,and instills the best in them.We are registered with USA BOXING and the State of Texas.Coaches are certified through USA Boxing as well along with our 2 officials/judges too.Coach Fernando Garcia/owner,and Dalia, are on hand to assist in the gym when it comes to training.Stop by or call whenever you're ready for a challenge,change in routine or step in the ring,we will answer your questions in regards to BOXING!
