Everyone is so nice! I always feel welcomed and comfortable at the office. My procedure went exactly as expected and the Dr was super considerate throughout the appointment.

Went to get a retainer made and left with a quote for $5000+ in work that needs to be done. They wanted to put crowns on multiple teeth before they would be able to make a retainer. I went to my lifelong hometown dentist 6 months ago for a cleaning and a filling and they didn’t mention needing crowns and said I was in great shape. You can tell this place is driven heavily by maximizing treatment cost per patient instead of providing reasonable service. The whole interaction from start to finish felt like a sales pitch. They wanted $80 for a tube of hydrogen peroxide for whitening, which is absurd. They’re probably paying <$10 a tube. 800% markup is insane. Couldn’t recommend this place. Most 5 star reviews are driven under the guise that reviewers will be entered for a contest to win a prize. Office space is bleak and in the waiting room a large flatscreen plays videos of the a dentist pushing more products to sell. Very dystopian dental experience. Went to another provider in the area and was able to get my Invisalign attachments removed and a retainer made for a reasonable price. That same office which made my retainer wanted $20 for a tube of whitening solution, much more reasonable. Edit: this place is a sham and the owner should be ashamed. They just sent me a bill for $400.

Lot of laughing at the dentist, enjoyable time! I know this is a weird review for a dentist visit but the staff is all great! Been going here for about 7 years now.

Atmosphere is lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. The care is 5 stars but I've had some slight issues with scheduling. I wish they would confirm you understand your appointment before scheduling. Especially if you're on a treatment plan. It was confusing to pay for a future appointment and not understand what you're paying for.

I never leave reviews anywhere but I’m actually shocked by how incredible my first visit was. From the front desk, to the actual dentist appointment itself. All around great experience. They explained everything to me, set up a plan on what needs to be fixed, and even showed me how and where my insurance plays its part. As a young adult it’s nice to learn these things rather than just being told a number. I did not once feel like a customer, or a sales pitch, or even just a hassle. They really care about you and your health.

Great office, very helpful and pleasant people working here. Zaida and the hygienist were absolutely amazing. They make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door.

Everyone is so warm and welcoming, which is invaluable for people who dread going to the dentist like me. I've had extensive cleanings done with Sue and Molly, and I left with a smile on my face and thoroughly cleaned and healthier teeth/gums. Even though I still get anxious going to the dentist, I know that I will be guaranteed comfort, understanding, and patience at Conshy Dental Arts. Thank you!!

Been going to this practice for years. Every 6 months there is a new dentist. First dentist tells me I have 8 cavities. 6 months later new dentist told me “I have no idea what she was seeing but you do need a crown”. Switched to a new practice and I have ZERO cavities and dentist told me numerous times how beautiful my teeth are. This is corporate owned with numerous locations. They incentivize you to leave 5 star reviews.
