From beginning to end of my experience customer service was top tier. I've been to another location and this one is so much better. I would rather much go to this one then one close by me. To me it's worth the extra 30 or so minutes out my way. Ashlyn was phenomenal! She recommended a few good ones and help make the choice easy. I will be back!
The entire experience was phenomenal and I highly recommend this business and location. The inside was very clean and had a modern feel. That was a good initial feeling walking through the door. The receptionist was polite and quick to the point. My "budtender" was Brandon. He was very polite and well spoken from the get go. If you are new here like I was, he was extremely informative and patient with all of my questions and needs. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st time experience.
Michael was extremely professional yet laid back and made the whole process super easy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to share a lot of helpful information and for that I will be coming back!
Daniel was informative and took his time to help me find exactly what I have been looking for! Fantastic vibes from the minute you walk in. They were professional! I will be returning!
I went in there only because I was looking for work, but when I walked in there I was very disappointed for one thing the receptionist to me it seemed as though she either didn't know what she was talking about or she was being lazy. Since they changed their name from relief to story their website really sucks. I was trying to apply for work but you can't get nowhere around their website they need to fix that problem. There was an employee that came from the back to talk to me and he was so helpful. The staff seems to be very nice and that I liked. As for their products I really can't say anything because I stopped using cannabis three years ago. But I'm hoping that it's good.
Heather was a big help. Very knowledgeable on the different strands and their effects. Her recommendations didn’t disappoint!
