I made an appointment today at 3:30 just for a simple wash and a bowl out. I came right on time, but after waiting for 45 minutes, they took in another client that came in after me without apologizing or giving any reason why. No one came to check on me, nor communicate with me. All I did I get stares by the staff. I’m extremely disappointed, and don’t think I would return again.

This place is amazing, the services and supplies they provide are top quality! All of them do a wonderful job, whether it be hair or nails.

My only place to do my nails, the people are so nice and friendly, it’s like family

They are great, Sonya was awesome. She did what i wanted and didnt get cut happy. The first stylist to talk and show me what shes doing next, very professional. I love my hair. GRACIAS!!

They don’t have a list of prices. Bad service. They overcharged compared with other salons in the area. I will not recommended to anyone and I am not planning to come back. I did not get a detail receipt just the total. Not happy with the results.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have the worse customer service ever. They choose who they want to cut and it doesn’t matter how long you have been waiting there. The lady at the front desk is the worse, if you are not friends with the owner they make you wait an eternity. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Terrible lugar y el servicio es fatal. Never come back here, the lady cut my hair very terrible, they over charged your money since the price $25 and up, pay $55 very not happy,tip $10don’t waste money in the trash, the technician not professional

I get my eyebrows done here all the time! Staff is always friendly and excellent service.
