I don’t understand much of the bad reviews, both times I’ve made my appointments it goes by smoothly and doesn’t take more than 1 hour 1/2. Staff is friendly and very attentive. As people who come in for a service and take time out of our day or even work to come get your documents renewed it can be frustrating to wait and then be told you don’t have the right documents. You also have to keep in mind that they aren’t the ones to chose sometimes which documents are needed, they are required to have them due to policy. I suggest always searching up on their website to make appointments and look up what documents are required.

Two times there recently. One for birth certificate copy, divorce papers copy and renew passport. Took about 1.5 hours. Efficient and friendly. Last time for consulate card. A little slower but worth the wait.

Extremely slow Unorganized Unprofessional Gritty It’s a sad place to be There’s little knowing of what your next steps are the time you’ll need to set aside etc

Fast service and really good employees always trying to help. In and out in less then 2 hours. Just make sure to make your appointment first and take all the right documentation.

This place is really racist, your own people discriminate against you and make you feel worthless. There was one specific person who was very rude to us. We were talking to a very nice lady when one of the workers started listening to our conversation and started telling us that we couldn't get our passports and instead of helping us they just told us to go and fix it. I can't believe how racist they are there!!!

The staff is rude, not polite. They give wrong information and dont want to give their names. They are not willing to help or find a solution. There is a woman in the information counter, she bad treats people and yell. Im very disappointed. Cant believe how the Mexican goverment sends this trash to represent our country. I recorded to this lady yelling at me. Is anybody gonna do something to stop this abusive behavior?????

I haven't personally visited the consulate, it just happens to be in the same building as Sacred Circle Healthcare.

Very bad experience with them .Do NOT recommend them at all

The lady told my husband his appointment was on the 29th of March and when he got there they told him it was on the 21st so the first 6 numbers that they give you is your appointment the staff are so rude

You have a very bad way of serving one!!! One struggles a lot to make an appointment and they make you wait hours. What is the point of making an appointment if they are going to keep you waiting literally for hours. Super discriminatory are the majority of employees there.
