I had to said the experience was excellent the moment we walking they were very friendly and helpful I went there with children to get them the Dominican citizen and this was done in 35 minutes tops the customer service person was very good and efficient I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs Legal services

I come here because I’m obligated to come. But I don’t feel comfortable with the pricing of legal document that are getting done over here.
Too long and not organized. Too much running around and returning for things. It's like dealing with the DMV in the early 2000s. Horrible
The line needs to be a bit more organized and the time slots should have afternoon/evening hors available for those that work during the morning. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and further, knowledgeable. I recommend going with patience, you'll need some; and go prepared.

Representatives Vianela Estevez, Walkiria Cruz, and Lwhathanys Suárez helped me acquire mine as fast as they could and I appreciate them. We live almost 7 hours away in upstate NY and did not want to go to the NYC location so we tried the NJ location.We were SO very happy with the service we received at the New Jersey location. Idris y Eodis and all the staff were so helpful. There was almost no wait time and were all set and done in about 30 minutes. We will go to this location always! What a relief to not have to go into the city!
Excellent Service. No appointment is needed, they accept walk-ins. Be prepared to wait for at least 2 hours. The earlier you go the better. They only do cash. No card transaction.
