Excellent service!! They were very helpful. We arrived to this location thinking our appointment was here but it was in a different location! They helped us out immediately. Great place! Great people!

We walked in because nobody picks up the phone to make an appointment. We where denied service because we had no appointment, I called the number in front of them and they admitted that is rare for them to pickup the phone but they are only workers and can’t fix the issue. There little emphasis to help their fellow citizens. There no choice
They need to do something with the staff they always have excuses for everything. The website says that it's open till 4:00pm, I came here at 9:00am but they said that they have this "list" that gets full by 8:00am and won't take care of another person, because their agenda is full for the day. I came yesterday at 2:00pm just to ask some information and they were just sitting in their desk doing nothing... some of them are polite and with manners the other ones treated you like nothing!!
