Five star not deserving. I asked for help to get a passport renewal from them to go bury my mother in April and all I got was not help just the run around. The lady in charge at the time always seem to sound like she is asleep when you call. She gives you misinformation and then make you feel like you are the one not listening not to her. Horrible service there. I had to go through Washington Embassy . The service there was exceptional. Toronto office should be closed. People need to speak up and complain. You have nothing to loose when you lose someone so important in your life. We in the Diaspora help pay their wages by the money we sent home to love ones that contribute in the function of the society. I love my country and my people. I will never let this woman action destroy me. I know my people and we are very loving.

I am impressed with this staff. My issue was dealt with with a sense of urgency and I got results within an hour. Keep up the good work
