Good morning, I wanted to thank the advisor who took the time to demonstrate the Haworth Fern Ergonomic Chair to me. I also wanted to highlight the quality of the Consulis Office Furniture premises. However, my first great impression stopped there. Indeed, being in the shopping phase towards the end of October, I received a quote valid for 30 days on October 23, 2020. Needing to revalidate options, I returned to the branch and therefore received a new quote with a first price increase on December 14, 2020. So I decided to continue my shopping to see what the competition had and if I had the best quality/price ratio. At the beginning of February I decided to contact Consulis again if by chance the price of the chair could have fallen and I obtained a new quote on 02/08/2021 with a greater price increase. To summarize, in less than 4 months I had 3 different prices for a total increase of 18%. I continued my investigation because the Fern was a favorite for me and on the manufacturer's website, there was indeed an increase but only 4% which I was ready to assume to finalize the order. Consulis was in no way a trader and stuck to his guns. The most surprising thing is that since October they had a promotion on the basic Fern model at $650, which has never changed and which also has an additional discount of $50 until 02/14/2021 . So Consulis, taking the same logic that could have applied to my case, could have only charged me the manufacturer's increase 4% and not just offered me a $50 rebate which does not even cover the first increase in the 2nd quote. You will have understood, I personally had successive price adjustments which did not allow me to trigger the purchase. Too bad you just lost a customer. Update of 02/12/2021 following the owner's response, I am lowering the rating to 1 star instead of 2. You focus on the price of the basic Fern which was just a sales pitch for the demonstration that my estimate should have had only a 4% increase in the same way as the supplier's increase Back to the facts you indicate that the purchase process was extended over 5 months, but this one took place from October 23 to 10/02 so it takes place over 3 and a half months and not 5. When you say several visits, let's be precise, so 2 visits. For my part, I only count 10 emails and 11 if I take the last email of 02/11 at 5:37 p.m. which has nothing to do with the purchase process.

Very good quality product and the installation was flawless. However, the only problem is that I never received a follow-up from the representative... A simple follow-up in terms of customer satisfaction is a MINIMUM!
