Having been calling everyday for over a week. No-one answers so I have left multiple messages. No one ever returns these calls. Looking to move to Tulum, Mexico. Would love some questions answered. How does obe speak to a live person ??????,,,
My husband and I went to the Mexican Consulate this week for visas. We were given appointments and didn’t have to wait too long. The people working there are fantastic! All of our questions were answered. They offered suggestions if certain situations would come up. We were still talking about how nice they were the next day! Five stars plus!
I want to say thank you for being so friendly, kind, and informative. I was very anxious going in; I didn't know what to expect, but it was actually a very pleasant experience. They offer lots of resources and information, everything from general to medical, dental and other information. Thank you for your support and attention.
Waiting is long, and they don't exactly are ppunctual. Once inside, everything goes faster.
Great experience. I dropped off my mom at an appointment and staff was very friendly and followed COVID protocols. Off street parking is so convenient. Will def be back
After weeks of calling trying to make an appointment with no luck and no explanation of why no appointments available we finally got in and were able to renew a passport. Don't bother bringing anyone with you as they will be asked to sit in a separate area and not allowed in the service area. This place will not make any copies for you, they won't even have any pens for you to use. What a ridiculous service for paying customers! Sad and embarrassed to say this is a Mexican establishment that is supposed to serve it's people yet treats you like you aren't welcomed. Sad to say you get better service at a local chick-fil-a or DMV.
I will give this place 100 stars if I could. I'm so grateful that they were able to help me with my last min request. They gave me a hard time at first, but overall the reason i was there was my fault to begin with. Thank you so much for everyone who helped me here!!!
They are very slow in getting your paperwork to get processed. They can't see you without an appointment and they won't even give you an appointment. When calling they told me they can only give appointments on Tuesday for the following week and when I called back they told me they don't do it that way. Someone tells you something and someone else tell you something different. It is very disorganized in that sense When you go online the appointments won't even be brought up as it always says there's no availability. After so many tries I was finally able to make an appointment online. Once in there the people are somewhat nice.
They never answer the phone and they never reply to emails. Very unprofessional. They should just not have an office with the kind of service they provide.
Tried to call to help my mother make an appointment to renew her passport, the number listed on google is disconnected. Whats the new number then?
