Consumate Dental

- The girls at the front desk and the assistants are pleasant to deal with. - They have a revolving door policy with the dentists, you cannot form any relationship and feel comfortable with the dentists. - Too many times the dentist comes in and seems rushed and I get concerned whether they are doing their job properly. - They constantly push selling their mouth guards and tell everyone that they grind their teeth. They told me this and I have overheard them telling multiple patients the same thing. - They have told me that I needed a root canal, they send me to a guy in Chicago and my appointment was at 3:30AM and he only accepts cash. - They told me I had an exposed nerve and needed another root canal, I went to my past dentist, whom I totally trust but does not take my insurance, and he tells me that there is no exposed nerve and that I don't need a root canal. - Consumate Dental tells me that I need a crown. Once the insurance approved it I went back to Consumate Dental and of course the dentist I had before does not work there anymore and the new dentist, who looked fresh out of high school, tells me that she does not feel comfortable doing the crown and I have to go elsewhere. - I had one appointment set and when I call Consumate Dental a week later they tell me that they don't see any appointment. I set the appointment again and the same thing happened. - The office manager does not take accountability of her staff's mistakes. - I love the location, again the girls at the desk were always pleasant but I will never step foot in that place again. If you respect your teeth I recommend going somewhere else. The only reason I left my past dentist is that he does not take my insurance.

Staff is unprofessional, act like children. The “assistant” has no manners and does not know how to work with children. My daughter is only 7 and the assistant treated her horribly. If you don’t want to work with children then you shouldn’t be there! Never going back. Not to mention they constantly make mistakes.

Very clean, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable dentistry. My daughter Nichole was referred to Consumate Dental and I have to say I m very impressed!! She was in a very bad way with some teeth just out of nowhere, and Dr. Natalia and her staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They scheduled her immediately, did a complete exam, and took care of the teeth. Making sure the entire time she was not in pain during the procedure that had to be done. I'm very happy to say her and my grandson have a new dentist. Conveniently close to home. Thanks to ALL of you for the compassion towards my daughter Nichole.

I went in their office with complains of severe pain on my right side upper and lower back teeth. I could feel the ridges and I knew there was an exposed nerve. Also a wisdom tooth coming out. The first appointment they just did fillings on my right side and set me another appointment to finish more fillings on right side. While I left confused why is the side that’s hurting me and causing me so much discomfort not being treated or addressed?! I came in for my second appointment and had my fillings done on my right side some more. I brought up my left side and they took X-rays and told me they can’t work on that in the office. I needed a root canal and have my wisdom tooth extracted. Those are serious issues. Why weren’t those addressed on my first appointment you ask? Well they wanted to milk my insurance for what they can get first. Before sending me away to someone that will actually help me with my real problem that I came there for. I do find it funny that they weren’t able to extract my wisdom tooth there even though he extracted one a few years earlier. Oh and during my second appointment I was left in the chair while he attended to his staff coming in on their day off to get some cleaning done. They don’t care. You get a rude vibe from the staff as well. Like you are an inconvenience to them or something. Never going back. I’m sure you guys can read my name and figure it out which patient I was. I don’t care for an apology. So don’t bother. Sorry isn’t going to fix the pain I’ve endured while you played dentist with my cavities and ignored my infected right side of my teeth. Hope this helps anyone make a decision if they want to see someone that’s going to care about their teeth.

Dr. Song was amazing with removing my wisdom tooth. He was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and NO PAIN at all. Took him no time at all. Highly recommend this office. The ladies were also very friendly and took covid precautions. Thank you!

We love Consumate dental. They are very nice and compassionate people. They are willing to work with you on times that best work for you and they are great with our kids! I changed my previous dentist because I heard such great things about this place and honestly I’m glad that I did!

I have been taking my kids here for years. Always quick to get us in for emergencies and the wait times we had were reasonable, especially if you do the morning appointments. My kids love Dr. Nadia, Dr. Song and Dr. Natalia. All are great with young children and we're very picky about who works on our kids.

The staff is so wonderful and organized! I have been coming here with my siblings for a very long time and they take amazing care of us. Have been doing a great job during the pandemic! Very satisfied.

I'd give no stars if possible. Avoid this place!! This place is hectic, has attention issues, and wait times are long. I had an eval for dental work and a plan was made. Her appt times were 2 months out but I made the appt. Now, ONE WEEK before that appt, I was just told the appt was booked for a day the dentist won't even be in the office!! This work was to be completed by October 24 and now I am back at square one. Dismal service at best.

Wonderful! My son has been going here since he was 1. Wonderful staff, willing to work with you, have a play area for the kids my son looks forward to going to the dentist recommend this place to everyone. Also a huge plus they look into specific's of what your insurance covers and doesn't before doing anything and discusses it with you. Gets you in as soon as possible also
