Currently, in the U.S.A., the CCA commissions (SSI) Survey Sampling International and HarrisInteractive®, a Harris Poll ® company to conduct its surveys. Both companies are global leaders in customer service studies.
Most importantly, the respondent population accurately reflects the U.S. census thereby ensuring statistical accuracy. Depending on the population size of a municipality, respondents are asked to select their top two or three choices in each industry category they wish to vote in.
THE PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM
Award recipients have the opportunity to participate in an exciting program designed to promote their award status in the community. Each year, awarded companies are invited to a black tie gala that is attended by the community’s civic and business leaders.
