Love this place. My wife and I hit it up everytime we're in Ithaca. I wish they offered more original artwork.
I have bought multiple items from Contemporary Trends over the years and what a wonderful business it is! The owners and employees will go out of their way to make sure that their customers are satisfied and they offer excellent delivery services as well all of the people who work at Contemporary Trends are knowledgeable about the products that they sell and patient in answering customer questions. Highly recommended especially if you enjoy supporting a family run local Ithaca business and enjoy spending your money on quality furniture.
Absolutely top notch customer service. I really can't say enough good about how we were treated. The showroom was beautiful and sales pressure non-existant. We bought a new mattress from Contemporary Trends and then had some second thoughts about what model would be best for us. They patiently fielded our many calls, advocated for us with the supplier, eventually got us an upgraded model with no extra cost, and refused to charge us in the meantime. When delivered, the owner disclosed that the box spring had been scuffed in delivery, and charged us half price without our asking about or even noticing the barely perceptible damage. I'm not one to write reviews, but the moral of the story is: if they have what you want then buy it from them. Good people deserve business.
We have bought a number of pieces here. They have excellent furniture. Also, the sales folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have had fantastic service with them, including free home delivery and setup. Couldn't be more pleased.
Terrible service, more than once. I'm all for low pressure sales techniques, but someone working in retail should stop drinking their coffee to say hello to the ONLY customer in the store yes, they saw me and ask if I needed help or had any questions. I've purchased lovely things there in the past but won't return.

My wife purchased a stressless chair 13 years ago and we went yesterday and purchased a new one great quality on there products
Absolutely one of the worst furniture shop in town. Product quality is horrible and price is double compared to furniture store in Syracuse, Smells gross in store! Owner doesn't have taste. I wouldn't recommend.

This place sells high-end furniture and accessories. Product quality is top notch but can be very expensive.
