Contenders Gym is focused on teaching, engaging in, and competing in boxing and mixed martial arts. Our unique environment offers opportunity for both those looking to fight and others who simply want the physical fitness and/or technique of a fighter! We have top-level athletes including professional fighters, national and regional champions. At Contenders we strive to help you achieve your goals, which we recognize are not the same for everyone. As such, we offer multiple classes occurring each night so you can individualize your training to fit your needs. At Contenders we have no limits, this space and time is what you make of it.
