In 1976 Walter Prast had a vision of opening an Excess & Surplus Lines office in the state of Connecticut to provide the service, products and programs you have become accustomed to these last 35 years. In that time we have expanded to the other New England states by first opening CESI of New England and then Continental Agency of RI.
In that time we have transformed the agency into a full regional Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance Brokerage servicing all of the New England states and over 750 agencies within the New England region.
With our expended markets, on-line quoting and experienced Underwriters — each of whom have a minimum twenty years of experience in the field — we strive to offer top notch quality service to all our agents.
