Since 1982 artists have occupied the 1888 Continental Gin Building, making it one of the oldest creative communities in Dallas.
Twice a year, the studios are open to the public, each Fall and Spring. The Continental Gin Building Studios occupies 61,000 sqft of space across 3 floors and over 50 artists.
