By no means am I an acoustical ceiling installer but I needed pencil rod to hang some horizontal conduit that would hold barcode signage in a warehouse. On a whim, I wandered in there and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was handled straight away. I kind of wandered into an office like area and there was a guy sitting at a desk so I knew I was in the wrong place, but then he gladly asked me about ordering, took my order, payment and pointed me in the right direction of where to back my truck up to their warehouse. The guy in the warehouse was super nice. It's kind of an unconventional business model inside there but I promise you it's all hands on deck to help customers get what they need.

needed to haul 12’ of track in a 5’ truck bed. guy in the background of the pics recommended loading it on the side. he loaded it up on the side as pictured below and i just thought it was awesome. such a good solution. excellent work from the office staff as well. friendly, helpful, and did not waste any of my time. customer service is the beating heart of a business and this establishment understands that.

They were friendly in the office, but the company is geared for contractors and not the general public. The guy in back loading seemed annoyed that I was returning an unused box of tiles. They recommend an Armstrong recessed Dune tile as a middle to upper tile, the quality seemed low to me. It dents really easy if you bump it into anything. Cuts like thin wet cardboard. I gave them the room sizes and they gave me the material list which for my fist and only tile job seemed great, except I have about twenty 4 ft grids leftover. They have that line down we sell individual pieces for your convenience but only accept whole cases for returns. So FYI do the layout math first so your not stuck with a lot of scraps.
