After I cut my Finger at work, I went to the emergency room and after waiting for over an hour and not one single person being called back I decided to go elsewhere because I was just sitting there bleeding. I was going to go to North point and then when I went past convenient care I saw that there was only one car there, So I decided to go and see if they could help me. I'm so glad I did, the ladies at the front desk were so sweet to me and the nurses and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that was happening to me because I had never been in that situation before and I am a giant baby when it comes to those kinds of things anyway. Even though I was there alone I definitely did not feel alone. The nurses were very attentive and did everything they could to help me stay calm. The doctor was full of jokes and was very kind in a bad situation. I know some people don't have good things to say about the Beloit health system but this time I couldn't be more satisfied .
Absolutely the worst customer service of any clinic I’ve ever seen. If you call you may get hung up on or just wait on hold for over an hour this place is a joke. Also the nurses are so rude and disrespectful.
If you have 5 hours to waste before even being seen. When you are in the worst pain of your life this is the place for you. As for me money is time and I don’t like to waste either. And would like to have them at least care about their parents.
On Tuesday I went to the clinic to have my arm treated for a cut I sustained while out running on the Ice Bridge Trail. The Dr. was curt and spoke little English. He did not check my eyes or feel for broken bones, no x-rays were taken on my arm, but I did get sutures. On Saturday I decided it might be best to have a professional look at it because it is draining blood and pus, swollen and red. So I called ER about my arm or I actually thought I was calling the convenient care clinic. A woman answered and told me I received care at the clinic and she'd transfer the call. After a minute she picked up the phone and told me the clinic was closed and I'd have to go to ER. I told her I'd have to pay $800 to see someone at ER and could I just talk to a nurse. The nurse told me to buy some dial soap, antibiotic ointment and keep it uncovered at night and covered in the daytime. She said if I could wait go back to the clinic on Monday. My arm is hurting so bad, so swollen and I've got pus mixed with blood coming out. So I researched my insurance to find an urgent care, I googled the clinic and it showed them open until 2! At 1:45 I got in the car and drove to the clinic to arrive at 1:52. On the way I talked to the clinic. They said that I'd have to go to ER that they were closing. They said the provider had left and I asked if a nurse could just look at it and she said the nurse would just tell me to go to ER. I just need someone to look at it. I got out of the car and at 1:54 they had turned the lights out on me and had locked the door. The we’re letting other patients leave through the back door. I stopped a person walking out who wore a white coat with a stethoscope around his neck and I asked him to please help me, but he waved me of and told me to come back in the morning. Now I'm at ER all upset and they calmed me down by giving me a number to file a complaint. Beloit Convenient Care is grossly mismanaged with poor customer service and lack of empathy.
I was very sick and was immediately seen and unfortunately sent directly to the emergency room. The doctor took very good care of me along with the nursing staff. They saw to it that I was as comfortable as possible while waiting for my transfer to the hospital
Today 4/21/21 at 1:15 pm I called BHS CONVENIENT CARE to see about x-ray of left hand. After waiting on hold for 17 minutes and 42 seconds someone finally answered. I explained I fell and think left thumb maybe broken I was told that I had to see my primary doctor or go to the ER. Why is there convenient CARE? .
Everytime I've come to Convenient Care they have been amazing, everyone communicated well, the staff was knowledgeable and they provided my family and I with great care. They have saved me time, money and helped avoid a few emergency room trips. I would recommend Convenient Care.
Visited Dr Lisek at convenient care. The doctor did not ask any questions. Did not communicate the diagnosis. Just provided a prescription and left the room. I would not recommend visiting with this doctor. We have had excellent service through our primary care pediatrician.
My father had a very bad respiratory illness and Dr. Elezi saw him at convenient care. He was great. Prescribed antibiotics, prednisone and neb treatments.
Doctor Elezi was very patient, kind, and understanding. Thank You!
