Convenient Laundry - Pittsburg, KS

Actual truth. I brought a whole bunch of bedding in to have it washed. The bill was $23 and change I had two twenties. $40 in total and she said that she didn't charge me for bags. She had just put the money away in the safe and I wasn't giving any change from $40. I will never ever ever go back. To the owner if you read this always always make change. If you can't then why are you in business.

Easily the cleanest laundromat I've ever visited. Attendant is very attentive, polite, and constantly busy maintaining the location. All machines were in good working order, and there's lots of seating for patrons.

Employees on hand to assist with any questions or issues. Mens and women's separate restrooms are a plus. Staff is also friendly.

Machines always work as they should. Get my clothes clean everytime. Dryers run hot so it doesn't cost a fortune to dry. Definitely a plus to go when it's not too busy since it's kinda small and seating is limited.

This usually is my fav. Laundry mat but today I went to do my laundry and I had 7 min. Left on my washers so I went and had a smoke and when I walked back in 6 minutes later my laundry had been taken out of the washer and left in the middle of the laundry mat like it was up for grabs...the worker himself was the one helping a customer do it as I walked in. How rude and disrespectful. I don't touch anyone's else's clothes ever I don't feel like they shouldve mine never know what kind of viruses could be spread

The air system is excellent and it's super clean. The best laundromat I've ever used. I beat the heat advisory by using the dryers to lower my energy bill. And I feel safe to be inside because it's very clean and fresh.

Very clean! The attendant was pleasant. The machine prices are very good and nothing was out of order. Plenty of seating to wait while waiting on your laundry.

Very nice, friendly, clean laundromat. We go even though it is out of town for us to do our laundry. They have booth tables that you can sit at and a magazine rack. There are some video games and toy/sticker vending machines for the kids. My daughter goes with me and I give her some leftover change to use in the machines. Everything is well taken care of here and I don't see many machines down for service. There is always someone working when we go and she is very kind and helpful.

Clean and attractive interior and exterior, $2 per washer load for the single load machines near the front door, newly renovated, funky 70s color scheme! Clean! Quiet! Friendly staff! Lots of parking. 10 stars. Bring cash- the machines only take quarters.

Horrible 1st time experience. Someone tried to steal my Vabric softener out of my laundry basket & caught with our box of Vabric softener as the was leaving. Then our clothes did not even get washed all the way. The lady working said it was maybe over loaded. But my blanket was in a front loader. It was half wet & half not. Don't go there because the lady working said they will steal your clothes right in front of you if your paying attention. Then when we asked her to play the cameras back to see who had stolen out of our laundry basket. She told us we had to ce back Monday tosee who done. How can you hole people accountable at the very time if there still in the store like ours was. Luckily my wife caught the guy who stole from us. Or nothing would of been done. Very sad & we are not going back to this place at all.
