Food and bowling are great. Love the food. Very clean and friendly. Great place to sailors and kids to play console games, get rental gear, and play pool. Best as friends, family, or coworkers.
This was a great place to give my kids something to do when it was rainy outside. The cosmic bowling was so cool.
Fun place for kids of all ages. Bowling for all ages and play ground for little kids. Pool table and air hockey for older kids. Great Inside during rainy days.
Excellent indoor playground for little kids
Amazing time with family. Wall climbing, play place, air hockey, pool, and of course great food! When the teenager got tired of bowling he went and played video games.
This place DOES NOT accept cash. Tonight the service was a bad as it could get. The person doing the cooking just looked at me and another guy waiting for service. Finally to ask if anyone taking orders. She got the cashier, finally ordered. I received my buzzer. Watched order go on top of counter. Cook disappeared. Waited 5 min before some one came to give my order to me. They have a sign up on the wall that tells employees if they need a break to take one and that customer can wait. And I think they really go with that. Place had PISS POOR customer service. But food usually ok.
I've had 2 not so great experiences in the past month, but the Convergence Zone overall is a fun, clean environment for young kids!
Took almost an hour to get our food which was all fried food so no reason for that. Bar has no bartender but yet no sign so we waited in there for 15 minutes before going out to find someone. We paid for 1 hour unlimited bowling but half that time was waiting for someone to help in the bar and concession. Horrible service for a first visit. They were completely under staffed for a rainy Saturday with Birthday parties booked.
Bowling Alley, Fun Center, Library, and Restaurant; what else do you need? The Alley is nice, works well, and has more than enough space for parties to include some game rooms with consoles and TV's ask the front desk about those. The Fun Center a large indoor playground with equipment appropriate for ages... 2-10 or 12 on the high side. It can get pretty noisy over here. The Library is glass enclosed behind the front desk area and is full of books for children id all ages that you can check out from the front desk. There are also commuters available. Keglers is the restaurant and has a decent menu but pretty closely mirrors fast food/ bar fare. Which is good because there is a bar attached off to the side but I haven't been over there yet One more thing, Outdoor Rec is also available to rent out... well almost everything you can think of outdoor related! Love this place!
Great place to take the kids on a rainy day. They have good pizza and fries, air hockey, pool, and a big jungle gym for the kiddos. There is plenty of space for them to run around and tire out. Bowling is a bit expensive compared to downtown Oak Harbor, but still nice.
