This is terrible work. I was design and order from them. 2-3 later I went to pick up but they gave me unacceptable wrong design. They said they gonna redo it and ship it to my apartment next day. One week later my sister call them and they said they gonna ship it now. Other week passed I call them. The answer is same they said they gonna ship it now. The guy even remember me by the phone. I don't know what happened but this is unacceptable!!
We went to buy some shoes and customize them and once we had paid for them, a tall man with glasses who we believe is the manager treated us as if we were thieves and He asked us to show him the tickets and the bags that we had stolen something. Something like this had happened to me in my life, let alone with a guy as unpleasant as this one.
Don't bother going thinking it's any big deal as "The flagship store". It's isolated from other shopping options and nothing special. The decorative patches came off after only one day of wear even after giving more than the recommended time to cure before wearing...
I recently visited this location for the first time, and I must say that my initial impression was rather disappointing. The main issue I encountered was the lack of engagement from the associate who assisted me. Throughout my entire shopping experience, it felt as though the associate was uninterested and not fully present. Moreover, I was hoping for some recommendations or guidance regarding the products I was interested in. Unfortunately, the associate did not offer any suggestions or provide any insights about the items I was considering.
So much for a flagship store, they have very little stock compared with what’s online. Very disappointing We did get the funniest welcome ever though; “Welcome to my store, all our products here are new”
Workers are surly and rude. Tried to understand the concept behind custom shoes for my kids and every question we asked was “uhh…no” until my wife said “you sure like to say no” and he backed off his attitude. There was one helpful person in the store and that’s when we actually got answers. Kids shoes are basically not customizable and you will wait about 4-5 weeks for your shoes.
Converse flagship store with headquarters upstairs. Store offers a customization workshop in the back to personalize your boots, building them from scratch. They also sell very cool patches. Staff is very professional and helpful. Best part is the location, great spot right next to Nigh Shift Brewery and walkable distance to the North End and TD Garden
Fairly small-sized store. Didn't love when the store employee sassily told us that wide converse sizes were "not a thing" when in fact you can order them from the website. Decent AC though.
Store has, in my opinion, an wide range of shoes and accessories. You can also design your own shoe from scratch since they have an workshop in the back.
Just awesome. Customize shoes and get delivery in two days. Need fresh laces...got it. Special editions to basic Chucks. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
