Came here and got myself a pair of Converse 70s. The store was busy but the employees were quick to help you find the sizes you need. The shoes feel great!
Worst service EVER, coupled with rude Behavior. I brought 3 items at $85 each to the register, and asked if I needed 3 separate transactions. The 'manager' told me one coupon per day; even though I have done this multiple times. Just lost the ENTIRE sale.
Could not find what I was looking for which was online. The store does not order online products I believe they are not connected
I called and then came into the store and was absolutely floored by the level of customer service. The people who work here all had amazing. Attitude and I got the sense that they enjoyed their jobs. I hope they are treated as well as they deserve. Way to go team!
I went inside just on a whim but I ended up leaving super satisfied with my purchase and with the customer service! I was given hand sanitizer before entering the store and I wasnt followed around by an overly eager or pushy salesman. I found shoes I liked and purchased them along with an extra pair for half off. Cool cool cool.
Very disappointed while shopping for back to school. Many sizes out of stock for popular colors and styles, however, found a style and size. Went to check out only to realize registers only accepted cash. Asked if they could be placed on hold after being told they were on sale and only one other pair available. Made a second trip back to the store and then was charged full price. Left without shoes and highly frustrated after wasting my time.
I have been there for the first time with my friends and got great shoe specially ABEL, John and Collin helped us out, Thank you very much. Nice smiling people. Definitely will back.

This store has AMAZING models and good discounts. Regular price is a little expensive. They have a 10% discount for students who have their student card..
Very helpful staff. They are always happy to check in the back if your size is out etc.
