I love bringing my daughter to this theater! It's so conveniently close to home and it's very nice and clean. The snacks at the concession stand was really good & fresh. A special thanks to Mario for the service rendered to me.
Easy to order ticket from kiosk. No long lines. Clean seats. The seats were comfortable and Easy to locate with lighted steps leading to rows. The theater was quite. Restroom was clean. Very enjoyable
Nice theaters and I like to be able to purchase tickets from the kiosk. Ticket prices aren't terrible, seats are comfortable, but concessions.... I paid over $5 for a 16 oz bottle of water.
The seats are so very uncomfortable. Went to see openheimer 10 pm show. Unruly teens unsupervised, un taught manners, cussing, feet on backs of chairs. I complained 3 times before a worker decided to do his job. The chatty girls didnt care... it was aweful
Took my senior mother to movie night and had a blast. I did not like the fact the did not give my mother her senior discount. Should not Matter the movie
The movie theater was fine. The sound quality was good. But there were some disruptive kids acting like idiots. Some of the other patrons left to get the staff to help, and those kids left only to return. The staff hung out for a few minutes and left those kids to disrupt the movie again. When my wife complained after the movieshe was told they knew it was those kids. They knew it and did nothing about it. I would have been perfectly okay pausing the movie and management asking the theater to point out the disrupters. But doing nothing sucks.
I'm grateful that Conway has a movie theater and have been going here my entire life. Unfortunately, tonight may be my last visit. We walked out of Oppenheimer with nearly an hour left in the film because it was so unbearably hot in the theater. I had searched for an employee beforehand to inquire about the A/C, but none were to be found. We did pass an employee on the way out and mentioned the A/C issue and that it was too uncomfortable to even be able to focus on the movie. They offered no explanation or apology, simply stating, "I'll tell them."
I like going here because they have very comfortable seats. Their popcorn is so much better compared to the nearby theatres, too. It's also clean and a perfect place to enjoy your movies
Loved the movie theater. My family and I went on a Tuesday afternoon, and the place was not crowded nor desolate. The movies are cheaper on Tuesday. The shopping center has plenty of stores, and is relatively safe without trash and kids loitering around.
Paid for XD online to Equalizer 4... 3 sears. Dat down... all 3 of us immediately noticed it was beyond warm. During previews, I sought management to simply let them know there was a problem. We weren't the only ones to notice; we could hear others talking about the temp. With no mngmt to be found, I located a staffer and told her. "Oh, nobody told you?" she says. "Told me what?, I asked. "It's always hot in that theater when it's hot outside." "Isn't that what air conditioning is supposed to offset... hot outside, comfortable inside?" Blank stare. Clearly disinclined to help, inempowered to mitigate company risk with customer satisfaction/loyalty. Please note... if it is hot out, the entire south side of the theater's halls are gonna be warm. I assume this means bring a blanket on winter.
