Cook Out Harrisonburg

I got respect for Cook Out. It was good. You can get a good grub with one of their trays. I got the double hamburger with everything on it lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle, you get two sides, I got the fries kind of like five guys fries and a chicken and cheese quesadilla, and a drink for $7.39 plus tax. I thought it was a great deal. What gives Cook Out an edge over the other fast food stops is that you also have the side options of onion rings, hush puppies, slaw, chicken nuggets, corn dog, taco, bacon wrap, chicken wrap, and cheese bites. The sides options are impressive. I think this is far better than McDonald's or Burger King. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quick fast food stop.

I seriously love Cook Out and I don't usually eat fast food. I've been here multiple times as this location is my go to for road trip eats. Always fast, with great service. The trays are where it's at!! Super affordable! The quesadillas are seriously amazing. I love that it has a little kick with it, def spicy. I also like the burger and cajun fries as well. They have both inside and outside seating. Solid fast food!

This place is great. The gentleman who took my order was super nice and had great recommendations. Food is good and $7 for an entire platter with an main entree burger, sandwich, hot dog, quesadilla two sides, and a drink is unbeatable! This place always has you covered when you get off work late. Even if I missed up my own order last night, they were so helpful and friendly. From all the food service employees that go to you for grub after their shift, we greatly appreciate y’all Food: 5/5

I used to love going to Cookout because of the great food and reliable staff. But honestly, recently they always get my orders wrong, even after explaining it to them at the window. It’s always something. One day I ordered a hamburger with 4 toppings and only received a pickle, the burger, and the buns, nothing else on it. Today I went and got 4 reg hamburgers with lettuce tomato and pickles, with mustard and ketchup. They gave me just the burgers, even after reading the correct order. Unbelievable. And if it were just another McDonald’s it wouldn’t phase me, but I actually enjoy the food when I get what I ask for. It sucks I can hardly trust them to get my order right

First visit after seeing signs and hearing about the chain for years traveling. It was fine, o.k and filling. Cheap, with many combinations to choose from, it's a great place to fill up after a day or night of drinking. Perfect for the college crowd. Between the three of us, we sampled most of what they highlight. C to C+ across the menu. Kid-friendliness: Good for the unassuming child

Very poorly run. They get my order wrong pretty much every time. I eat here as a last resort. Great for drunk college kids who don’t know what they ordered and don’t care what they get. It hurts my stomach every time I eat here. I wish we had better late night options but it’s either this godforsaken place or sheetz. Please don’t spend your money here and I hope you guys see this before they pay to take it down.

Burgers were tasty. Onion rings were good. Quick service for a busy place. They were in the middle of changing out the old tables for new ones, but all in all, I would definitely go back. Prices fair, too.Food: 5/5

I came by at 2am through the drive thru. Service was fast. I asked for a cup of water and they gave me / charged me for a bottle of water instead. But I was too tired to say anything. The food was still warm when I drove home so that was nice. Fast service and nice staff, aside from the miscommunication about the drink. Food was good but like, cookout good, not necessarily top tier.

Cook Out is an amazing little fast food place that offers a great break from the standard fare. My family and I regularly get the chicken strips, hush puppies and fried cheese curds. Get the cook out sauce and dip away. Kid-friendliness: There are so many options for picky kids.
