We love Cookie Factory! It's a local staple. I was enjoying them when I was little, and now my son does too, we get cookies every visit to the mall and sometimes go to the mall EXCLUSIVELY for cookies!

The custom cookies are very high quality and tasty.

This place has really good cookies as well as other pastries. This is a nice place for a quick snack.

My boyfriend brought me the breakfast burrito this morning. It’s seriously the best burrito I’ve ever had! It’s the perfect size to fill you up or share with someone. It has the right about of ingredients, it’s nice and cheesy. All around perfect! Highly recommend you try it!

I love the new management. We took my 2yr old granddaughter who adores Elmo there with my sister, brother and his wife. She loved the Elmo cookies so my brother bought her one. You talk about excited she couldn't eat it @ 1st for straring @ it. She finally took a bite + loved it. She let me taste it. It was moist with the best icing ever. Great place.

Best cookies EVER! Their pastries and cinnamon rolls are amazing also. I live out of town and always make sure to grab a cookie or munchie bag when visiting!

Our 2 year old loves the peanut butter cookies from here to a point that he will only eat these cookies and none other and requests them every time we come to the mall. We thought of celebrating his birthday with a peanut butter cookie cake. We were disappointed at how thin the "cake" was when compared to the the size of the actual cookie. Somehow it was super greasy as well. Our dissatisfaction comes from the fact that we relied on this cookie cake for such a special occasion and it did not work out. Good thing I picked up some regular peanut butter cookies so he still got to eat a treat he enjoyed on his birthday!

The boy that waited on us talked so low my wife asked me if he was mute. Had to tell him out order twice. The other two little girls working there weren't real nice
