Cookie Jar

Just remembered I forgot to post my disgust and dissatisfaction with this place after receiving a “we miss you” discount text. Anyways I used enjoy going here would get the cake batter flavor every time. Well I took my friend for the first time, looked for my flavor they changed it the lady assured me it’s they same flavor different name. It was not. But oh well, we paid. Too much if you ask me but oh well. As we are walking around the corner I went to take a bite of my yogurt only to notice a bug fruit fly in it threw it away didn’t take pictures as I was just disgusted and made that I paid $10. My friend kept hers and we later found bugs in hers as well actually got pictures. So either they don’t clean their machines or their toppings, being honest probably both.

So pleased with our first visit! We definitely will be a returning customer. Friendly staff, fantastic cookies and the salted caramel frozen yogurt was delicious. The toppings were a hit!

After going there a few times you're always wanting to go back thier cookies are absolutely amazing, and have a good selection of yogurt, and it's decorated like Christmas all year long!! you got to go try it. Update, better than ever. After trying "the new place in town.. which was a crumbling expensive experience... this place just makes cents! Best cookies n yogurt in Redding!

So good! I love the shop full of precious trinkets to look at while enjoying a fresh and delicious cookie. The selection of cookies wil have anyone coming back to try them all. The yogurt is by weight which is nice because I can get as much or as little as I want and the flavors are diverse. Long live Original Tart. I bring my daughter and grandbabies to Cookies and Yogurt whenever I'm in Redding. :

We used to love this place but will never be going back after today. I took my son for frozen yogurt and we both got chocolate and vanilla. I took a bite of mine when I got to my car and noticed the chocolate was sour tasting and burned my tongue. I asked my son if his tasted weird also and he said it did. We went back inside to let them know it was bad and the lady didn’t seem too concerned and said the kids who work there don’t mix stuff right. After asking several times what was wrong with it and if it would make us sick, she finally said it was fermented but only eating a few bites probably won’t make us sick. She offered to let us go back and get new yogurt if we wanted. Um, no thanks. Won’t ever be going there again.

Frozen Yogurt with pick your own toppings. The store is beautifully decorated, lovely Christmas trees all year long. Great collection of 50's and 60's memorabilia. Will definitely visit again. Can't wait for store #3 to open.

I was going to visit one of the locations,the store just opened a sign outside said open,but when I got there the door was locked an employee saw me and didn't even say anything to me,not a good way to start a new location,won't go back to any of the stores, just lost a customer

Good cookies! Easy in and out. Loved all the cookie stuff and wished I had more time to look more. Haven't tried the yogurt yet but that's next.

Great frozen yogurt for about the price I'd expect. Cookies are reasonably priced and decent quality. Not the best cookies, but better than store bought. Friendly staff, quick service, not very busy when I went. Certainly somewhere I'll go back to for a treat every now and then.

Not only is food great so is the eye candy server that has worked there 5 years wonderful. I would take her all over the world with me.
